Good Day from Yonkers Center!

As per NY State Department of Health, all visitors must present a negative Covid Rapid test result within one day of visitation or a negative PCR test result within 2 days of visitation. Compassionate care visitors in anticipation of the end of a resident’s life or in the instance of significant mental, physical, or social decline or crisis of a resident are exempt from the testing requirements.

Yonkers Center is offering 24/7 Covid testing in the facility. The schedule for testing is as follows:

We are asking for your support and patience as you come into the facility. Please allow for extra time to check in for your health screening and presentation of your Covid test result. We must ensure that all visitors comply with the Department of Health regulation and will check all visitors coming through the doors.

In addition, the Department of Health guidance states that all visitors must wear a well-fitting non-surgical paper mask or a mask of higher quality (i.e. surgical mask, KH95, or N95). For DOH guidance please click here
